Life on the Southshore of Tampa Bay has certainly changed over the years. From farmland filled with Tomato Fields to strip malls filled with stores and restaurants, the last 20 years has led to thousands of new homes and residents to our beautiful area. While many are thankful when they hear about the latest chain opening up, businesses that have provided service to the Southshore area are struggling as big corporations, and even other small businesses are following the sprawl into our area. They see the new potential of this expansion, and they are looking to capitalize on it, cutting into profits of our Local Small Businesses.
